Online reputation management
Online reputation management services
Online reputation management (ORM) is the ongoing work of shaping what people find when they search for you. I combine an honest audit, accurate content, search optimization, legitimate removal requests and monitoring into one plan that I manage personally.
When ORM makes sense
A negative or outdated result appears on page one for your name
You're about to raise funding, change roles, launch or enter the public eye
Reviews or mentions are shaping opinions before people meet you
AI search tools describe you inaccurately or not at all
You have little online presence, so one bad item dominates
How an ORM program works
Step 01
Audit
I review what appears for your name across Google, review sites, news, social profiles and AI search tools, and identify what is harmful, outdated, inaccurate or missing.
Step 02
Strategy
You receive a written plan that separates what can be removed, what can be corrected, what can be outranked and what has to be managed over time, with realistic timeframes.
Step 03
Execution
I create and optimize accurate content, file legitimate removal or correction requests, strengthen profiles and pursue appropriate PR opportunities.
Step 04
Monitoring & reporting
You get regular updates showing what changed in your search results, what is in progress and what needs attention next.
What's included
A full reputation audit across search, reviews, news, social and AI tools
A written strategy with priorities, methods and realistic timeframes
Content development and optimization for profiles and owned sites
Removal and correction requests where policies allow
Digital PR where it's appropriate and genuine
Monitoring and regular progress reports
What I can and can't control
Honest expectations are part of the work. No one can promise a specific ranking, removal or AI answer.
What I can do
- Build and optimize accurate content you control
- File removal and correction requests through legitimate channels
- Improve the signals search engines use to understand you
- Report realistic progress and explain every step
What no one can guarantee
- Removal of lawful content a publisher chooses to keep
- A fixed position in Google or a fixed timeframe
- A Knowledge Panel, or exactly what AI tools will say
- Results that require fake reviews, spam or deception (I don't use them)

Frequently asked questions
How long does online reputation management take?
Most campaigns need at least three to six months to show meaningful change in search results, and some situations take longer. It depends on how authoritative the negative content is and how much accurate content already exists. I'll give you a realistic estimate after the audit.
Can you guarantee results?
No. Search engines, publishers and platforms make their own decisions. What I can promise is a clear plan, ethical methods, honest reporting and steady effort on the factors that influence results.
Is ORM only for people with a crisis?
No. Many clients start proactively, before a launch, job change or fundraise, because a strong presence is far easier to build before there's a problem.
Do you work with businesses?
My main focus is individuals: executives, founders and licensed professionals. Their personal reputation is often tied to their company, so the work usually covers both.
