Common questions
What is online reputation management?
Online reputation management (ORM) is the work of shaping what people find when they search for you. It covers search results, reviews, news, social profiles and AI answers, and combines content, search optimization, legitimate removal requests, PR and monitoring. Can negative search results be removed from Google?
Sometimes. Google removes certain content, such as doxxing, some explicit or exploitative material and outdated pages that have changed at the source. Most lawful content stays unless the website owner removes it. When removal isn't possible, suppression is usually the best option. Read the full guide to removal
What's the difference between removal and suppression?
Removal takes content offline or out of Google's index. Suppression leaves it in place but builds stronger, accurate results so it appears lower, where fewer people see it. Compare removal and suppression
How long does reputation management take?
Most campaigns take three to six months to show meaningful change, and difficult cases can take a year or more. I'll give you a realistic estimate after the audit. See typical suppression timelines
Do you guarantee results?
No. Google, publishers and platforms make their own decisions. I guarantee honest work, ethical methods and transparent reporting, not specific rankings or removals. How my process works
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is kept private, and I never publish client details without written permission. About my working principles
Can you get me a Google Knowledge Panel?

Can you remove bad reviews?
Only reviews that break the platform's policies, such as fake, off-topic or conflict-of-interest reviews, can be reported for removal. Genuine negative reviews are best handled with a professional response. Can Google reviews be removed?
