Search-result suppression
Negative search-result suppression
When harmful content can't be removed, the next-best option is to make sure it's no longer what people see first. Suppression means building and promoting accurate, high-quality pages that deserve to rank for your name, so negative or outdated results move further down.
When suppression is the right approach
The content is lawful and the publisher won't remove it
The result is outdated but still ranks well
Removal requests have been refused
Your name has too few strong results to compete
You need to reduce visibility while other remedies are pursued
How suppression works
Step 01
Map the search results
I record what ranks for your name and its variations, and assess how strong each negative result is.
Step 02
Identify assets
We find profiles, sites and publications that could rank above it, both ones you already have and new ones worth creating.
Step 03
Build and optimize
I create or improve those assets with accurate, useful content, then strengthen them through internal links, profiles and genuine mentions.
Step 04
Measure and adjust
Rankings are tracked regularly and the plan is adjusted based on what's actually moving.
What's included
Search-result mapping for your name and key variations
A suppression plan with target assets for page one
Profile, website and content creation or optimization
Ethical promotion through relevant links and mentions
Ranking reports and plan adjustments
What I can and can't control
Honest expectations are part of the work. No one can promise a specific ranking, removal or AI answer.
What I can do
- Build and optimize accurate content you control
- File removal and correction requests through legitimate channels
- Improve the signals search engines use to understand you
- Report realistic progress and explain every step
What no one can guarantee
- Removal of lawful content a publisher chooses to keep
- A fixed position in Google or a fixed timeframe
- A Knowledge Panel, or exactly what AI tools will say
- Results that require fake reviews, spam or deception (I don't use them)

Frequently asked questions
How long does suppression take?
Typically three to twelve months, depending on how authoritative the negative result is. A major news site takes much longer to outrank than a small blog.
Will the negative result disappear completely?
Suppression doesn't delete content. The goal is that it appears much lower, where far fewer people see it. If removal is possible, we pursue that too.
Do you use fake sites or link schemes?
No. Spammy tactics breach Google's policies and can backfire badly. Every asset I build is accurate and genuinely about you.
